Sarah Duke married Francis Lamb and they had four children.
Mary Elizabeth Lamb, daughter of Francis Lamb (1805-1868) and Catherine Horford (d. 1947), was born in March of 1838. After the death of her father, she lived with her brother William Lamb (1828-1899). Mary Elizabeth Lamb died on 25 January 1909 in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales.
Mary Rice was the daughter of John Rice (1669-1797). On 13 December 1784 she married Francis Lamb (1756-) in Lower Shandon, Cork, County Cork. They had eight children of whom only John Rice Lamb (1786-1868), and James Lamb (1788-1816), lived to adulthood. Mary Rice died on 10 October 1799, likely from complications during childbirth.
Margaret Stroud Hosford (d. 1888) married John Rice Lamb (b. 1786) and was thereafter called Margaret Lamb. They had three children; Jane Lamb (1827-1879), Annie Lamb, and John Alexander Lamb (d. 1896).
Joseph Lamb, eldest son of Catherine Harford of Bandon and Francis Lamb, was born on 6 December 1832. As an adult moved to Australia.
John Rice Lamb, son of Francis Lamb (1756-1808) and Mary Rice (d. 1799), was born in 1786. He married Margaret Stroud Horford (d. 1888), and they had eight children.
John George Dalkeith Lamb, second son of Francis William John Alexander Lamb (1874-1959) and Constance Charlotte Plunkett-Johnston (1876-1959), was born 19 August 1919 at Frascati, Blackrock, County Dublin. On 11 November 1946 he graduated from Trinity College Dublin with his Bachelors in Agricultural Science. On 16 January 1950 he graduated from Trinity College Dublin with his PhD in General Agriculture. Doctor Keith Lamb married Helen Margaret Tobias (1917-2011) on 10 May 1952, at Saint Michan's Church, Dublin. They had one son, Henry Francis Lamb. After the death of his brother Canon Adam Lamb on 19 June 1989, Helen and Keith Lamb moved to Woodfield House, Clara, County Offaly. Keith Lamb died in January 2011, and was buried 1 Feb 2011 at Saint Brigid's Church, Clara, County Offaly.
John Alexander Lamb was the son of John Lamb (b. 1786) and his second wife, Margaret Stroud Horford (d. 1888). He was the cousin of William Lamb LLD. He served as a surgeon in the army and died in 1896.
