            2. 'Making straw ropes for Haycock. When rain prevented hay making. Top of Hollow field - near gate under oal tree. This upper portion of the Hollow field about 4 1/2 acres gave us great trouble to dave. It was cut 21st July and not saved till 12th August. It was not much good in the cut! 1. Steward. Woods. 1a.             1. 'With Reaper Binder in Bog View field cutting barley and oats. Two years ago there were 4 fields now made into one large one. The barley being 2nd crops where oats were last year. The oats 1st. crop for about 100 years.

            Rental account book for Labourers' Cottages in the following districts: Derryad, Ferbane, Doon, Gallen, Shannonbridge, Frankford (Kilcormac), Letter, Rathcabban, Moyclare, Kinnitty, Ballycumber, Kilcoleman, Srah, Banagher, Parsonstown (Birr), Seir Kieran, Killylyon.

            Folios are arranged by tenant names and record the rental period, the amount of rent, if paid by cash and name of collector. Alphabetical surname index at beginning of volume.

            Inventory of silver and electro-plate at Rathrobin taken in 1907 for purposes of insurance by Lt Col. Middleton Westenra Biddulph of Rathrobin, Tullamore. Handwritten volume details household items from Biddulph's residence at Rathrobin House, often noting
            the provenance of items e.g. "These were given to Vera on her wedding by Lord & Lady Armstrong".

            Towards the end of the volume, there are handwritten notes on the Marsh and Biddulph family pedigree, as well as list of deeds, wills, and marriage settlements kept by Biddulph.
