Register recording patients names and the articles of food or stimulants allowed on a daily basis during admission in the hospital. The pre-printed template stipulates that 'All entries must be written by the Medical Officer himself.' The MO certifies by signing a declaration on each page. The items specified include: Beef, Bread, Butter, Eggs, Milk, Mutton chops, Tea, Sugar, Rice, Potatoes. The columns recording stimulants such as Brandy, Porter, Whiskey, Wine etc are repurposed for food articles such as Jam, Fish, Cocoa, and Chicken.
