Part of Bellair Estate Papers

Assignment between Thomas Homan Mulock Esq. of Bellair, and his wife, Catherine Frances Mulock, of the first part, and the nephew of said Thomas Homan Mulock, Thomas Mulock Molloy Esq., of the second part, on the death of his mother, Mary Mulock. As devised in the last will and testament of Mary Mulock, the sum of seven hundred pounds sterling of Irish currency was bequeathed to her dearly beloved sister-in-law, Catherine Frances Mulock, to be paid to her by the said Thomas Homan Mulock at any time she might think proper. This indenture witnesses that Thomas Homan Mulock, at the instances and request of his wife, Catherine Frances Mulock, transfers the sum of seven hundred pounds sterling to Thomas Mulock Molloy.
