Articles of agreement of marriage between Reverend John Mulock Clk., of Ballyard, King's County of the one part, and Richard Homan, Gent, of Moategranoge, Westmeath, and Ann Homan, eldest daughter of Richard Homan, of the second part, and Eusebius Low of the city of Dublin, and Thomas Mulock, also of Dublin, of the third part.
A provision is agreed that should she survive her intended husband, Ann Homan and her assigns shall receive and be paid one annuity or yearly rent charge of £65 by way of jointure from the towns and lands of Ballyard.
Ms. statement from Lord Tullamore to his sister, Lady Beaujolois Bury, confirming his application for “certain jewels placed in her hands by [his] father”, which Lord Tullamore requires “in consequence of proceeding taken by the [ Investionary] Interest Society to sell [his] life estate in the Charleville Property”. Although Lady Bury considers these jewels as gifts from her father, her brother claims them as family jewels, and indemnifies Lady Bury, her executors and assigns “from all actions suits and proceedings… which shall or may be brought against her”.
