File relating to the public sale of the property the Earl of Portarlington in the encumbered estates court. The lands that were up for sale were situated in Co. Tipperary and Co. Limerick. Included in this file is a newspaper clipping advertising the sale, a copy of descriptive particulars of the valuable fee simple estates and three maps showing the portions of the estate for sale.
