The East 1928.

File of photographs and negatives taken by Theodora Trench during her time in 'the east'. The file contains photographs of places such as Baghdad and Fallujah in Iraq, Famagusta in Cyrpus, Baalbek in Lebanon and Ahvaz in Iran.

Newspapers and newspaper clippings.

File of newspaper clippings which cover a wide range of topics such as 'Feeding the strawberry plantation', 'The Norwegian anthem', 'Jerusalem artichokes' and The King's Christmas broadcast.
The file also includes six copies of the Nenagh Guardian, one copy of the Offaly Chronicles and the 19th September 1916 copy of Irish life.

The letters cover a variety of topics. Examples include a letter of reference for Alexander Gamage from the Charleville estate ;a letter from Offaly County Council regarding a complaint against the district medical officer; a letter from Alison [?] regarding diet advice from J.S Goller, 93. Harley street., W. L., England; a letter from May Grubb regarding The Royal United Kingdom Beneficent Association helping two elderly women and a letter from Sheelah Lefroy regarding a grave stone bought from Mr. Riggs, Dundrum, Dublin.

Bellew, Loughnanstown, Edoxtown and Rathfeigh

Landed estates court rental in the matter of the esate in Co. Meath and the city of Dublin of Isabella Maria Domville (owner and petitioner) and continued in the name of Isabella Maria Malton, wife of James Charles Abernethy Malton. The lands and premises concerned are: Bellew, Loughanstown, Edoxtown and Rathfeigh, with sub-denominations called Woodland, Poulbrock, Doreagh, Boherclauber and Skerrahill, Slanestown, Irishown, Waterside and Tymoole and part of Tymoole known on the OS as part of Gaulstown, situate in the barony of Skreen, Co. Meath; and Bride street and west side of Peter's Row and Whitefriar Street, situate in the parishes of St Bride and St Pete, City of Dublin. Also included are lands at Kilmainham, Golden Bridge and Dolphin's Bran, barony of Upper Cross, Co. Dublin.

Statements of accounts 1970-1982.

Statements of Loughton Farm accounts for the years 1970, 1971, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980 and 1982. The file is missing the statements for the years 1972, 1976 and 1981.

Transvaal Government Iron Concession.

File of documents resulting from Benjamin Bloomfield Trench's work with the Transvaal Government Iron Concession.
The file includes a copy of a report of Bailey to the directors of the exploring company, and a copy (translation) of the iron concession granted to Mr. A.H Nellmapius, which is now the property of the Transvaal Government Iron Concession, limited.

Portarlington estate.

File relating to the public sale of the property the Earl of Portarlington in the encumbered estates court. The lands that were up for sale were situated in Co. Tipperary and Co. Limerick.
Included in this file is a newspaper clipping advertising the sale, a copy of descriptive particulars of the valuable fee simple estates and three maps showing the portions of the estate for sale.

Ballyeagle estate

File of documents resulting from the sale of Ballyeagle Estate. The sale was organised by Philip Charles Chenevix Trench acting as trustees of the estate of the late Archbishop Richard Chenevix Trench.

The file includes memoranda of the sale to tenants and arrangements made, a copy of Archbishop Richard Chenevix Trench trustee's balance account and a copy of their cash account.

1967-1972

Letters sent to Theodora Trench between 1967 and 1972. The file includes a variety of letters.

Examples include two letters from Debrett regarding corrections and amendments to Trench pedigree that will be publish in their 1969/1970 and 1973/1974 editions. The file also includes a letter dated 13 September 1969 from H.C.R, Moneygall, Co. Tipperary which praises the tarmac drive put down by Delaney which cost £540.
