Envelope of leases of premises in Dublin City and County, principally the Stephen’s Green house of the 1st Earl of Rosse (1736 and 1760), the lease of which was assigned by his widow to the 2nd Earl in 1809; and the 2nd Earl’s own house
(when Sir Laurence Parsons, 5th Bt) in Rathmines Road (1790-91). [See also E/5.]

Envelope of Co. Tipperary estate leases: Ballyloughnane, alias Riverstown, barony of Lower Ormond. The leases up to and including 1820 are granted by Lord Dunalley, [as this and a couple of other townlands forming part of his Sopwell Hall estate, near Cloughjordan, Co. Tipperary, were purchased from him for £20,000 in that year (see E/38). The
envelope also includes papers relating to the sale of the premises to George Kennedy. In date order. For leasebooks which include the Tipperary estate, see Q/16.]

Two large envelopes containing a few leases, but mostly tenants’ wills and case papers, all relating to Derrinsallagh, barony of Lower Ormond, Co. Tipperary, [which may or may not have been part of the Dunalley estate, but probably was a much later acquisition of the Earls of Rosse.] This section also includes Irish Land Commission sale papers relating to the ‘Derrinsallow’ property of John Pilkington.

Bound volume containing book stamp of the Grand Jury Secretary's Office, Parsonstown (Birr), containing an abstract of presentments granted and queries respited and discharged at the Summer Assizes, 1893. Thomas Mitchell of Birr is listed as the grand jury's secretary.

Inventory of silver and electro-plate at Rathrobin taken in 1907 for purposes of insurance by Lt Col. Middleton Westenra Biddulph of Rathrobin, Tullamore. Handwritten volume details household items from Biddulph's residence at Rathrobin House, often noting
the provenance of items e.g. "These were given to Vera on her wedding by Lord & Lady Armstrong".

Towards the end of the volume, there are handwritten notes on the Marsh and Biddulph family pedigree, as well as list of deeds, wills, and marriage settlements kept by Biddulph.
