Lease of part of the lands of Graige [Graigue] from Edward Earl Digby to Mr. John Rotheram for one life, or twenty-one years from 25 March 1818, at the yearly rate of £173-7-5.
Including 'A map of Graig in the Barony of Geashill and King's County. Part of the Estate of The Right Honourable Earl Digby. Surveyed by John Molloy 1817', hand coloured, scale 40 Perches to an Inch, with bordering land under ownership of Edward Earl Digby.
