Each notice displays the name of the medical officer and his hours and office location, as well as details of the relieving officer for the district, the committee of management, and the wardens, all of whom could issue tickets for medical relief.

The broadsheets list the identified jurors alphabetically, with their address, occupation, the extent of rateable property and the location of the property. Exemptions are noted as per legislation, on the basis of age, property ownership, ill-health, disability, and profession. Printed by R. Willis, stationer, Tullamore.
