Letter of 5th February notes 'we would recommend putting down the Electric Lighting Station at a convenient position in the town and generating electricity by means of a gas engine'. With draft reply in the hand of R. H. Moore stating that the children 'two thirds of whom are barefoot are under my own and that of my assistant's observation' (1p).

Thirteen printed posters advertising the forthcoming Banagher Pig, Cattle and Sheep Fairs and Banagher 'Great Fair'. States, 'At the pig fairs there are usually between two and three thousand pigs for sale'.
With printed notices requesting that the posters be put in a conspicuous place.
