Certificate awarded to John Alexander Lamb by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland on 30 March 1857.

Masonic degree of a Prince of Grand Rose Croix.

"Grand Chapter of Prince Masons Ireland. Known all by these present that our most excellent Brother Abraham (Stritch) Fuller DD of the Symbolic Lodge of Free and accepted Masons No. 25 Dublin was duly received into the Order of Knights of the Eagle and Pelican in the Kilio Chapter No. at Dublin and was admitted and constituted A Prince, Grand Rose Croix on the 18 day of April in the year of our Lord 1878 and as such we recommend him to all our Brethren and to all Chapters and Councils of the higher orders of Masonry all over the World. In testimony where of We the President and other Officers of the Grand Chapter of Prince Masons for Ireland have hereunto subscribed our Names and caused to be affixed The Seal of our Grand Chapter, Given at the East f Ireland in the Valley of Dublin on the 11th day of June AD 1878."

Certificate awarded to Francis William Lamb for his attendance at clinical lectures and practice at Hardwick Fever Hospital, Richmond Surgical Hospital, and Whitworth Medical Hospital, over the course of three years beginning on the 1 October 1897 and ending on 30 June 1900.

Three certificates. First, a certificate from Richmond Whitworth & Hardwicke Hospitals, North Brunswick Street, Dublin, given to Francis William Lamb as testament to his six month residency there which began on 1 November 1899 and ended on 30 April 1900. Secondly, a certificate from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, awarded to Francis William Lamb for his attendance to a course of twenty-six lectures on operative surgery at the School of Surgery in 1900. Lastly, a certificate from the Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital, Dublin, awarded to Francis William Lamb for attending a three month course of instruction in clinical opthalmology and otology at which began on 30 October 1900.
