Annual report, accounts and rental for year ending 1911, in which Digby reports that payment of both the interest in lieu of rent and of the rent still payable has been satisfactory and that the rate of abandoned arrears represents almost entirely the 'hanging gale' on lands let to tenants which were previously in Lord Digby's occupation.
