Note
This pre-printed template register was originally designed for use in workhouses/county homes. It has been repurposed for use as a hospital register. Some functions of the statistical columns have been changed. The section to record 'Healthy Inmates' is used to record the total patient population. The section to record 'Total Sick' is used to record patients of the fever hospital only. The statistical totals have also been changed. 'Male Lunatics' is left blank. 'Female Lunatics' is changed to 'St.V' (St. Vincent's T.B. hospital) and matches the total in Column 'Class 1 and 1a Males and Females not working'. 'Nursing Mothers is used to record the total number of mothers including a breakdown of how many married, single or 'waiting cases' . E,g. 'Nursing Mothers 13 (2 M, 10 S, 1 WC)'
