Includes memorandum, before the sealing and delivery of the deed Lord Tullamore appointed Roger Ravenhill to enter on the lands and deliver same to William Beales in accordance with this lease. The parties to the agreement confirmed arrangements by Abraham Fossy to James Orange, William Kigans and Daniel McGrath.
